Litigation

Starting from its establishment, our Litigation Practice Group has been involved in a large number of high-stakes litigation, handling complex and threatening cases. These cases require innovative litigation strategies and in many cases, creative solutions. We handle high-stakes disputes on all levels from state/federal trials and appeals to domestic/international arbitration, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and administrative tribunals in a vast number of governmental agencies. We provide our clients with our focused and cost-effective representation cases. We are capable to handle intensive document processing and management needs of difficult disputes. We have invested continuously in both technology and personnel, creating a Litigation Support Department that includes technology professionals and lawyers. This enables us to effectively manage the technology needs of major litigation cases in-house. 

Corporate Law

We have an extensive capital markets and securities practice. We regularly represent U.S. and non-U.S. issuers in connection with U.S. offerings of securities including stock exchange listings. We routinely handle equity, debt and hybrid securities offerings and the full range of registered public offerings, Rule 144A offerings, Regulation S offerings and private placements. A significant part of our practice involves representing non-U.S. issuers in cross-border securities offerings. In recent years, we have handled several registered equity offerings of considerable size by a number of issuers. Our value is further boosted by our extensive network with investment banks, giving us a familiarity with cutting-edge capital markets structures and new financial products, and keeping us updated with the staffs of the SEC, the FINRA, the NYSE and NASDAQ. 

Real Esate & IP Law

We have the commitment, resources and expertise to help with our clients’ real estate deals. With a recognized ability to deliver complex deals, we handle the entire property project from the initial acquisition, development, leasing, joint venturing and financing through to the final exit.
